2. Service Description

RecruitStack provides AI-powered hiring infrastructure including candidate screening, matching algorithms, and workflow automation. We build and operate custom hiring systems for our clients.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate company and candidate information
• Comply with applicable employment laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in accordance with our acceptable use policy

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all candidate data and hiring workflows. We provide the infrastructure and services, but the data remains yours.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your data and can export it in standard formats.
